These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 98kiss platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
A plain-English summary of the most important points. The full legal text in the sections below takes precedence in all cases.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 98kiss. Underage accounts are immediately closed and balances returned where applicable.
Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian banks.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 98kiss will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to your negligence.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, arbitrage abuse, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and 98kiss (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the online gaming services available at https://98kiss.cam (the "Website").
By accessing the Website, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 98kiss, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms apply to all players accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction, including but not limited to players based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam, Malaysia. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
Age Verification: 98kiss reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any original deposit amount returned in full subject to verification.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each eligible individual is permitted to open and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false information, including but not limited to a fictitious name, date of birth, address, or contact details, is grounds for immediate account closure.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether it was authorised by you, will be your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to 98kiss in writing without undue delay.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 98kiss reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of up to RM10 on inactive accounts, provided the account balance does not reach zero. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed.
5.1 Mandatory Verification. As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance and player protection, 98kiss requires all players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals above RM500 or as otherwise required by our compliance procedures.
5.2 Documents Required. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad — front and back), a valid Malaysian driver's licence, an international passport (photo page), and proof of address in the form of a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three (3) months. A selfie photograph holding your identity document may also be required.
5.3 Processing Time. 98kiss aims to complete identity verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. We reserve the right to request additional documentation where reasonably necessary to satisfy our compliance obligations.
5.4 Consequences of Non-Verification. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time following a request from 98kiss may result in restrictions being placed on the Account, including suspension of withdrawal rights, until verification is successfully completed.
All identity documents submitted to 98kiss are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored using industry-standard encryption. We do not share KYC documentation with unauthorised third parties.
6.1 Accepted Methods. 98kiss currently accepts deposits via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and 7-Eleven Cliqq cash payment. Supported methods are subject to change and the current list is always displayed on the Deposit page.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may vary by method and tier.
6.3 Currency. All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For cryptocurrency deposits, the equivalent MYR value is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation on the blockchain.
6.4 Deposit Fees. 98kiss does not charge deposit fees for most standard payment methods. Third-party payment processors or your bank may apply their own transaction charges; 98kiss has no control over and is not responsible for such charges.
6.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits made using funds obtained through illegal activity, or using payment instruments that do not belong to you, are strictly prohibited. 98kiss reserves the right to freeze and investigate any funds suspected of being derived from unlawful activity.
7.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. In cases where this is not feasible, 98kiss will work with the Player to identify a suitable alternative.
7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.3 Processing Time. 98kiss aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for eWallet and DuitNow methods. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network congestion and may take 15 to 60 minutes after Platform approval.
7.4 Verification Requirement. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. 98kiss reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of amount, where there is reasonable cause to do so.
7.5 Pending Wagering Requirements. Real-money funds that were credited alongside or as part of a bonus offer may not be withdrawn until any applicable wagering requirements attached to that bonus have been satisfied in full, as detailed in the specific promotional terms.
8.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players only. Specific eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amounts, time restrictions, and applicable game categories, are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all bonuses issued by 98kiss carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and qualifying games are detailed in the individual promotional terms.
8.3 One Bonus at a Time. Only one promotional bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to activate multiple concurrent bonuses is considered Prohibited Conduct.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. 98kiss employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, pattern betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once. Where bonus abuse is identified, 98kiss reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit any associated winnings, and close the Account.
8.5 Modification and Withdrawal. 98kiss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are currently active on a Player's Account.
9.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own set of rules, displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics; these Terms shall prevail in respect of all account, payment, and conduct matters.
9.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, 98kiss reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance. 98kiss is not liable for losses arising from a technical failure that is beyond its reasonable control.
9.3 Disputed Outcomes. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in the Platform's server logs shall be considered the definitive record. 98kiss's decision following investigation of a disputed outcome is final.
9.4 Responsible Participation. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through their Account settings. 98kiss supports responsible gambling and provides access to self-exclusion tools for players who require them. The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
11.1 By 98kiss. 98kiss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct, a failure to complete KYC verification, a breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance. In cases of Account closure not related to Prohibited Conduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player through a method determined by 98kiss.
11.2 By the Player. A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, the Player must withdraw any available balance to a verified payment method. 98kiss will not be able to process a refund to a method that has not been verified under the KYC process.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, whether initiated by the Player or 98kiss, all rights granted to the Player under these Terms immediately cease. Any Bonus Funds or associated winnings that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Self-exclusion may be requested by contacting customer support and will be applied within 24 hours of a confirmed request. Once self-exclusion is active, you will not be permitted to access the Platform for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98kiss, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
13.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 98kiss makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the absence of errors, or the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
13.3 In no event shall the total aggregate liability of 98kiss to any Player exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
All content on the 98kiss Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and software, is the proprietary property of 98kiss or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 98kiss.
98kiss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Website prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.2.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 98kiss customer support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by 98kiss in its reasonable discretion.
Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 98kiss makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.
